All applicants must: • Provide services or products relevant to their chosen category • Demonstrate a commitment to ethical and professional standards • Be open to cross-promotion and aligned community engagement 2. Approval Process All listings are reviewed and approved by the NATORG team. We reserve the right to request additional information, references, or a short virtual interview to ensure alignment with our values. 3. Fees & Renewal Listings may be free or paid depending on membership level or promotional period. Fees, if applicable, are billed annually. All listings must be renewed each year to ensure accuracy and continued alignment. 4. Visibility & Placement Listings are featured based on category relevance and community needs. Premium placement may be available to members, event sponsors, or through collaboration. 5. Conduct & Integrity NATORG reserves the right to remove or suspend a listing at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: • Misrepresentation of services • Unethical business practices • Inactivity or lack of response to client inquiries • Negative community feedback not resolved in good faith 6. Community Participation We encourage listed providers to participate in directory spotlights, social campaigns, and seasonal collaborations. This strengthens the visibility of your services and supports the larger NATORG mission. 7. Updating Your Listing You may update your listing details at any time.
